Our diversity unites us in a common artistic goal and instills the passion and heart that gives the Arts its pulse.

Benefits of becoming a member of N.C.Y.B.: ~ Performing develops skills which help in all aspects of life, on and off the stage, such as teamwork, leadership, focus, determination, self-esteem, confidence, and more. ~ Performance companies provide a unique opportunity to become deeply involved in the community by bringing the beauty and joy of the Arts to schools, nursing homes, daycares, festivals, and more. ~It has been proven that performing without the promise of a medal or trophy improves each dancer's passion for the art form itself as well as the internal rewards they receive such as spreading joy to the audience. ~ Performance companies emphasize dance as an art form and help dancers discover they are the brush and the stage is their canvas. ~ N.C.Y.B. is a great way for students to put what they learn in their technique classes to use onstage. ~Instead of focusing on instant gratification in the form of trophies, performance companies place a much stronger focus on the technique development of each individual student and therefore produce Artists who are ready for any career or dream they wish to pursue whether in the dance world or not.
